Tickets purchased using this system are valid on the date specified. Tickets are redeemed at the Keyport Princess.
We have a no refund policy do to cancellation.
We do not cancel or reschedule trip do to rain..

If a trip is cancel do to weather you can reschedule. Tickets will be converted to a gift certificate which can be used at any time during the season.

If you can not reschedule for a reason we only refund 75% refund. Their is a 25% administration fee kept.

Alchol policy beer is allowed .
We do not tolerate drunk and unruly people on are vessels

Trips are subject to cancellation do lack of passengers (this does not happen often but can in off season).

Whale watching trip may be change to a NYC harbor cruise if the weather does permit us to get where the whales are. You will still have a nice cruise. You may see dolphins or other wild life.
